How to place an order in the BSP Store?

For online orders:

  1. Visit the BSP Store Website
    Go to https://bspstore.bsp.gov.ph to begin your shopping experience.
  2. Create or Log In to Your Account
    If you already have an account, click on My Account and log in.
    If you’re a new customer, go to My Account > Register to create an account.
  3. Browse and Add Items to Cart
    Click Add to Cart for the items you wish to purchase.
  4. Review Your Cart and Proceed to Checkout
    Click the Cart icon, review your selected items, and click Checkout.
  5. Enter Billing Details and Select Mode of Payment
    Fill out the required billing information.
    Complete the CAPTCHA verification.
    Choose your preferred mode of payment and click Place Order.
  6. Payment Instructions
    • Pay online via QRPh or using your debit/credit card.
    • For over-the-counter or mobile payments, you will receive detailed instructions via email.
    • Cash payments are accepted only for onsite and over-the-counter transactions.
  7. Receive Pick up Notification
    Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with pick up instructions.

Walk-In Ordering Process:

  1. Visit the BSP Store
    Drop by the physical BSP Store and browse the items available for sale.
  2. Fill Out an Order Form
    Complete the order form with the items you wish to purchase and your personal details.
  3. Choose Your Mode of Payment
    • QRPH or Card Payment: Pay directly at the BSP Store’s Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal.
    • Cash Payment: Settle your payment at the GMRO (General Services Division) cashier.
  4. Inspect Your Items
    Review the items to ensure they are complete and in good condition.
  5. Sign the Acknowledgement Receipt
    Confirm receipt of your items by signing the Acknowledgement Form.
How to pay for my Order?

Customers can pay using our mode of payment:

QRPh and Card Payment

QRPh
  1. Scan the QRPh code provided by the system
  2. Pay using your preferred e-wallets or online bank app
Debit/Credit Card Payment
  1. Click on the Debit/Credit card option to pay
  2. Enter your Debit/Credit card details requested by the system
  3. Follow the security protocol of your card provider (e.g., OTP)

 

Over the Counter and Mobile Banking Payment

Over-the-Counter (OTC) payment transaction
  1. Visit any Union Bank of the Philippines (UBP) or China Banking Corporation (CBC) branch.
  2. Fill out a bills payment slip indicating “Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas” as the biller and your Order of Payment Reference Number.
  3. Indicate your name and the amount to be paid.
  4. Pay the amount due and applicable service fees (₱15 for UBP, ₱20 for CBC).
UBP Online Banking
  1. Access your UBP online account.
  2. Go to Bills Payment and browse “Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas”.
  3. Enter your 20-digits Order of Payment Reference Number and the amount to be paid.
Can I pay for my orders in cash?

We only accept cash payments for onsite transactions through our Greater Manila Regional Office (GMRO) unit at the BSP Hub.

How do I know if my items are ready for pick up?

You will receive an email notification once your items are ready for pick up.

Where could I pick up my items?

You could pick up your items at:

G/F The BSP Hub, Roxas Boulevard, Malate, Manila

Pick up hours: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except on holidays, non-working days and suspension of operations.

What documents should I need to ready for picking up my order/s?

Please bring a valid ID1 when claiming your purchased items.

Can I send a representative to pick up my order/s?

Yes. Provide your representative with:

  • Signed authorization letter;
  • Copy of your valid ID1;
  • Official receipt/Sales invoice.

Your representative must also present their own valid ID1.

My place is too far to pick up my items, can I book my own courier?

You may book a courier at your expense to pick up your purchased items from:

G/F The BSP Hub,
Roxas Boulevard,
Malate, Manila
 

Please see the guide below:

  • The BUYER shall arrange for their preferred courier to pick up. (e.g., pick up from Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, LBC, J&T, 2Go and others)

  • The courier may pick up the purchased item(s) at:
    • G/F The BSP Hub, Roxas Boulevard, Malate Manila
    • From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except on holidays, non-working days and suspension of operations.
  • The BUYER will send details of the booked courier service (Name of Courier Service Provider, Name of Rider/Driver, Booking Reference Number, Item(s) to be picked up) to the ebspstore@bsp.gov.ph for reference and validation.

*The BSP Store shall not be liable for any loss, damage or late delivery of the purchased items once received by the contracted courier.

Could I purchase items that were offered in the past?

Only the items listed on the website are for sale.

Can you extend my order deadline?

Orders are only valid for 48 hours. If your order expires, you may place a new order.

Can I choose which serial number I want to buy?

No, all items are subject to availability.

Is it possible to make a purchase from the BSP Store while being located outside of the Philippines?

The BSP Store can only cater to local buyers at this time. We are currently working on accredited courier service provider.

Why am I receiving this error message when I try to access your website? "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access this resource."

The BSP Store website is accessible only within the Philippines.
