FAQs

How to pay for my Order?

Use the NOPS form details for payment transaction through any of the following options:

GCash Mobile App

    • Access your GCASH Mobile App. Select Bills, Government, and select “BSP”. Enter the amount, the 20-digit Order of Payment Reference number, Account Name (your name in the Order of Payment), and Email Address (optional). Pay PhP25.00 service fee.

BSP Accredited Banks: Union Bank of the Philippines (UBP) and China Banking Corporation (CBC)

Over-the-Counter (OTC) payment transaction:

    • Visit any branch of UBP or CBC.
    • Fill-out a Bills Payment Slip. Indicate “Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas” in the account/biller’s name and your Order of Payment Reference Number. Indicate your name and the amount to be paid.
    • Transact payment with the teller and pay service fee per transaction of PhP15.00 for UBP, PhP20.00 for CBC.

UBP Online Banking:

    • Visit any branch of UBP or CBC.
    • Access your UBP online account.
    • Go to Bills Payment and browse “Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas”. Input the 20-digits Order of Payment Reference Number and the amount to be paid.

Visit any ECPay payment partner and use your Order of Payment Reference Number to transact payment. Pay service fee per transaction. 

    • ECPay Payment Partners (7-eleven, Tambunting Pawnshop, Paychat, Shopee, Starpay, Tagcash)
Can I pay for my orders in cash?

Unfortunately, we have transitioned to only accept cashless transactions.

How do I know if my items are ready for pick up?

We will be sending you a notification through your email.

Where could I pick up my items?

You could pick up your items at:

Gate 3, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas
A Mabini St. corner P.Ocampo St.,
Malate, Manila

From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except on holidays, non-working days and suspension of operations.

What documents should I need to ready for picking up my order/s?

Any of your valid IDs and the official receipt. We might ask for your other valid IDs should we need to.

Can I send a representative to pick up my order/s?

Yes, you can. On the day of pick up, provide your authorized person an authorization letter together with a photocopy of your valid ID and the official receipt. We would also be requesting your authorized representative to show us their valid ID.

My place is too far to pick up my items, can I book my own courier?

Unfortunately, we do not have a logistics partner yet and our only option is to have the items picked up at:

Gate 3, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas
A Mabini St. corner P. Ocampo St.,
Malate, Manila

However, you can book your own courier at your own expense. Please see the guide below:

  •  The BUYER will arrange for their preferred courier service e.g., pick-up from Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, LBC, J&T, 2Go and others.
  • Courier pick-up time is only during workdays. No courier pick-up is allowed during weekends, holidays, declared non-working day or suspension of operations.
  • The BUYER will send details of the booked courier service (Name of Courier Service Provider, Name of Rider/Driver, Booking Reference Number, Item(s) to be picked-up) to the ebspstore@bsp.gov.ph for reference and validation.
  • Upon arrival at the Gate 3 of the BSP Head office, the Courier should proceed to the reception area and dial the BSP Store at local 2241 on the date and time of pick-up.

*The BSP Store shall not be liable for any loss, damage or late delivery of the purchased items once received by the contracted courier.

Could I purchase items that were offered in the past?

Only the items that are listed on the website are for sale.
